Updated January 1st, 2022:

At Advanced Animal Care, our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our staff, clients, and their pets.

We are open and actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and have implemented protocols to ensure we are following the recommendations of the CDC. Per the CDC our pets cannot become infected with COVID-19 but please follow CDC recommendations of washing your hands after contact with your pets.

We are open Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please be patient with our staff – We are experiencing longer than normal wait times.

For Scheduled Appointments with a Veterinarian:

  • Please remain in your vehicle.
  • A staff member will approach you to obtain your information and get your pet checked into our hospital system.
  • We are allowing clients into the hospital. Masks are optional. If you choose to come in with your pet you will be provided with a pager. The pager will light up and vibrate when we have a clean examination room ready for you and your pet. When the pager goes off you are free to come into the lobby and a Client Service Representative will escort you to an examination room.
  • If you are not comfortable entering the building you may remain in your vehicle while we bring your pet inside for their examination. The Veterinarian or Technician will call you throughout the examination to discuss any concerns you have, recommended treatments and tests, results, treatment costs, medications, or any other important information. At the end of the appointment, a Client Service Representative will collect payment with a credit or debit card and a Technician will return your pet directly to your car.
