Shortly after graduating she passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam and earned her credentials. After about a year of working at a low-cost small animal clinic, Heather moved to the Tri-State area (to escape the awful snow) and began working at Advanced Animal Care as a Certified Veterinary Technician and Safety Officer (although she doesn’t know if we love our monthly safety quizzes).
Heather has an affinity for hound dogs and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and her fur family. Her typical day off includes boating, hiking, kayaking, or any other outdoor activity the desert will permit.
